Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 7–30 business days, depending on your location. While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues that are outside of our control.
Orders Delayed Beyond 30 Days
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date, you may contact our support team to request a refund.
If a refund is approved and the package is later delivered, you must contact us before opening or using the product. We will let you know whether to:

Incorrect Shipping Information
